Features

Everything you need to post on Google Business Profile

Plan Local Posts, attach a button or an offer, and read location analytics from one calendar.

Feature 01

Visual Content Calendar

Line up Google Business Profile updates next to Instagram, Facebook, and every other connected account. Drag a post to a new slot when hours or offers change.

Feature 02

What's New, Event, Offer

Publish the three Local Post types Google still accepts. Event titles stay under 58 characters. Offer posts carry the coupon and dates instead of a button.

Feature 03

Call-to-action buttons

Add Book, Order, Shop, Learn more, Sign up, or Call on What's New and Event posts. Offer posts skip the button because Google ignores it on that type.

Feature 04

Location analytics

See search and Maps impressions, website clicks, calls, direction requests, conversations, and the keywords people typed before they found the profile.

Feature 05

Cross-Post Everywhere

Send the same update to Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, and your other networks from one draft.

Feature 06

Team Collaboration

Invite your team to draft, review, and schedule Google Business Profile posts in one workspace.

Why ViralSocial

Keep the Google profile current

Local Posts that land on time, with the metrics that actually move a store or studio.

Schedule Ahead

Write this week's What's New posts, weekend events, and offers in one sitting. ViralSocial publishes each one at the time you set.

One location per workspace

Connect the Google Business Profile location that can receive Local Posts. Add another workspace when a second brand or address needs its own calendar.

Profile analytics

Track how the listing performs in Search and Maps. Google dropped per-post insights for Local Posts, so the dashboard stays at location level.

Photo posts

Attach an image to What's New and Event posts. ViralSocial sends a JPEG Google can fetch, so the photo does not fail on publish.

Cross-Post

Share the same update to Google Business Profile and your other networks without rewriting it in Google's editor.

Auto-Publish

Posts go out through the Local Posts API at the scheduled time. Google's review can still hold a post before it goes live.

Use cases

How creators, startups, and agencies use ViralSocial

Concrete scenarios that show how creators, startups, and agencies use ViralSocial day-to-day. Yours might look like one of these.

A solo creator

Batches a week of content on Sunday afternoon, queues it across Instagram, X, and TikTok in one calendar, then logs off. The week's posts ship on schedule while she's filming the next ones.

An agency owner

Runs 15 clients in 15 separate workspaces, with reviewers per client and shared brand kits. The whole team schedules from one dashboard. Approvals move from spreadsheets to inline comments next to the post.

A small business owner

A bakery owner schedules a week of pastry posts in 30 minutes. Previews every photo across networks before it goes live, so the framing fits Instagram's 4:5 and X's 16:9 without re-uploading.

A freelance social media manager

Migrated from Buffer when per-channel pricing got steep. One ViralSocial workspace covers her four freelance clients on the same plan, and the calendar filter switches between client views in one click.

A lifestyle blogger

Plans a month of content by topic pillars (recipes, travel, gear) and uses the calendar to see the mix at a glance. The best-time-to-post tool surfaces audience-active windows once 30+ posts are tracked.

An e-commerce brand manager

Posts across six platforms for a Shopify store. Designer drafts the visual, copywriter writes the caption, both work in the same post. Review thread, no Slack threads. About 10 hours of cross-tool coordination saved per week.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I schedule posts to Google Business Profile?

Yes. Connect a location over Google OAuth, write a Local Post, pick a time, and ViralSocial publishes it through Google's Local Posts API. One location per workspace.

Which Google Business Profile post types can I publish?

What's New, Event, and Offer. What's New and Event can take an optional image and a call-to-action button (Book, Order, Shop, Learn more, Sign up, or Call). Offer posts carry the coupon and dates. Google does not accept a button on Offer posts.

Does ViralSocial show Google Business Profile analytics?

Yes. Each location reports search and Maps impressions, website clicks, calls, direction requests, conversations, and the search keywords people typed before they found the profile. Google no longer offers per-post insights for Local Posts, so the numbers stay at location level.

Why does a Google Business Profile post stay in review?

Google reviews every Local Post after it is created. ViralSocial waits for that review instead of marking the post published too early. If Google rejects it, the post is marked rejected and you duplicate it to try again.

How much does ViralSocial cost?

ViralSocial Socials is $19 a month with unlimited team members. Google Business Profile is included, along with AI captions and approvals.
